Friday 4th August lectures for second semester 2016/2017 session end. August 7th- Revision classes begin. August 11th- Revision classes ends. August 14th- Second semester 2016/2017 examination commence. Friday 8th September- Second second exams end. Saturday 9th September- Students proceed on end of session vacation. Yearly, the busy nature of Abia State University Uturu has been the same on how the school admission runs; with freshers rushing from one edge of the office to another just to get admission letter or acceptance letter. Not withstanding the factor that many has not gotten admission yet, we keen to see another list by next week. We pray you won't be left out this time aroun d. (To as many who have not gotten) With the many given so far, Biochemistry (BCM) has the highest rate of admitted students. Sequel to questions posed to us about the screening date, we wish to clear the airwaves onecemore that the school management have not released any date for the screening excercise till now. Going by what we observe, we doubt if the screening will hold because admission list may soon be out. The school will use the information you provided to them during your screening registration for t he admission process. Screening Registration is still on going pending till the closure of the registration portal and release of the first admission list. Be Properly Guided!

It was a huge success, honour and privilege having the vice Chancellor Abia state University (prof. E. U ikonne) during NAFSTS induction in Absu, umuahia campus and also Prof. C. O Emerole (Dean,faculty of agriculture) and Prof mazi Emma (HOD, Food science and technology department, Absu). Present in the induction was Sug director of transport (Elder) and Fin. Secretary (comr. Kalu Barnabas).

The former SUG president, Comr Ugochukwu Majesty few days ago confirmed to us that the manager has financially fulfilled their part of agreement between his tenure and Zenith Bank, as they have finally installed the ATM Machine, He also called on the current president, Comr. Victor Alugo, letting him know about the recent development and urging him to network for more that will fully has the glory of his tenure. Absumata reuters on the site confirmed that the machine hasn’t been place but in positive anticipation hopes that in little or no time the functionality of the ATM machine will be a reality..
