Abia State University Uturu that pioneered the six year Optometry programme in Nigeria leading to the award of OD (Doctor of Optometry) Degree and currently have a graduate programme in Clinical Optometry for M.Sc and PhD in addition to housing a residency programme for Fellow of the Nigerian College of Optometrists (FNCO) have signed a memorandum of understanding with the State University  of New York College of Optometry. Victor Alugo, letting him know about the recent development and urging him to network for more that will fully has the glory of his tenure. Absumata reuters on the site confirmed that the machine hasn’t been place but in positive anticipation hopes that in little or no time the functionality of the ATM machine will be a reality..
